Mead and Smart join PS Editorial Board

Darlene Mead, OCT, and Pauline Smart were officially appointed to the Editorial Board on September 3.

The Editorial Board is a special committee of Council that oversees editorial and advertising policy and considers copy for Professionally Speaking, the College’s official publication.

Mead, the part-time/full-time Council representative for Ontario’s Northwest Region, is a Special Education resource teacher with the Algoma DSB. Smart, a provincial government appointee to Council, owns and operates Smart’s Marina in Cloyne near Kingston with her husband. She has been heavily involved in school councils and forums over the years.
