Registrar Brian McGowan announces his retirement

College Registrar Brian McGowan has announced plans to retire early in 2009.

McGowan came to the College as Deputy Registrar five-and-a-half years ago from the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association where he headed the professional development department. He was appointed Registrar in October 2006 to succeed Doug Wilson.

McGowan notified the Council Chair in early October of his intent to retire from the College within six months.

Council has initiated a process to seek a replacement.
